Burst pipes can cause a huge number of damage to both your caravan and it's contents, therefore make sure that you disconnect the water supply and wholly drain all taps and the shower. Also put anti frost down the toilet. Some parks offer this aid either as part of your site fees or for an further fee. If you employ someone to look after the caravan for you, it is more than likely that they will also supply this service. The park may also supply facts of how to do this, if you would prefer to do it yourself.
Over winter the inside of your caravan as you can dream gets very cold, which can result in damp and mold. All the time take off all curtains, nets and bedding. You can buy extra dehumidifying crystals, or you place bowls of salt (cheaper option), in every room.

Obviously you will have cleaned your caravan, any way just make sure to double check under seating, beds etc, for any stay sweets, crumbs or particles of food. Check all waste bins.
Disconnect gas and electric, also disconnect any gas bottles and store safely.
Completely defrost the fridge and leave the door open.
Store any patio furnisher, or rotary driers safely.
Many owners like to take off all soft furnishing and place them in the town of the room, this is a good idea as it gets them away from any windows.
Some owners like to take off all major appliances i.e. Tv, Dvd etc, and bring them home with them, this is All the time wise for safety purposes. If you do not want to take off all appliances at least make sure they are out of sight.
It's worth treating windows with a lubricant or oil and applying an anti mold medicine to the caravan exterior.
Summary: Spending the time to properly winterise your caravan, will save you time and money in the long run.
